Interview
Zunächst wurde etwas zum Unternehmen gesagt. Anschließend wurden technische Fragen zu Softwareengineering gestellt z.B. welche Design Patterns man nutzt. Darauf folgte noch eine Aufzählung von Benefits und möglichen Karrierelaufbahnen. Nun gab es eine kleine Pause, in welcher sich die Interviewer berieten. Nach dieser Pause erhielt ich dann das Angebot.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
