Interview
Three rounds.
First: CV based; internships, summer internship, live projects, certifications
Second: Technical; basic understanding of the job role and what would I bring to the table if selected
Third: HR; why Capgemini, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years
The experience was good, the interviewer was chill.
Questions were based on managerial and technical knowledge of electrical engineering.
You must have some strong group project, though they will ask technical questions also, but selection will be based on your managerial knowledge and experience
