I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Columbia, SC) in Apr 2019
Interview
I interviewed with this company quite a while back, and it was a pretty well thought out process interviewing many candidates at one time. There was a behavioral, general, and case interview each with three different interviewers. They held a networking event for the candidates to get to know each other and the interviewers, which was pretty fun and covered the costs of travel and lodging.

Question 1
Imagine its 4:55 and I'm going on vacation for the week and I'm about to head out. How would you handle a situation that requires my attention?
Initial phone screen with recruiter asking about background and technical experience, an online coding assessment. Pretty straightforward for a position that involves coding. The process was pretty quick as well.
