The interview was conducted off campus. Everything was well and good. I got selected too. After that I got my offer letter, I acknowledged the letter. Then boom! No communication. My friends who got selected along me were getting regular updates and all kind of mails. I was not getting anything. Fast forward 2 months, I was getting ready to apply for masters degree. I got a call from Capgemini Chennai [verified number]. They told me that they have a vacancy in their Chennai branch and asked me if I can join next month [From the date of call]. I said ok i will join [In spite paying the fees for my college]. She said I must wait for a mail that my come in 15 minutes.... and you got it, boom! No communication again. Capgemini ghosted me again :)

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.
Tested project related knowledge more about communication protocols
