Interview
After clearing the first written round by Cocubes, and the preceding GD I was informed about the final interview. It was scheduled 4 days after the GD at CapGemini Hyd Office. All the rounds were combined into one i.e.TR MR HR . For some candidates interview process lasted 40-50 minutes. Mine was completed in a mere 10 minute.
Starting with tell about yourself Interviewer asked me about information from my resume. Especially the project was given importance.
Portal homepage in cocubes.com displayed that I was offered the position.

What problems did you face when you were doing your project?
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
