I selected for Capgemini in December2019...The process is first round is aptitude , reasoning (16apti+16res for 50 mins )and Essay writing (30mins)after clearing this round only we can go for second round that is pseudocode in this section we have 25 questions from C, Data structure, DBMS , JAVA etc... After that technical round and then HR round...

Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
