I joined as a graduate software engineer back in 2015. There were three interview stages:
Behaviour assessment test - to analyse if you would be good fit in the company
Telephone interview - mostly non technical questions, but they ask few technical questions too
Assessment centre - assessment centre had three stages as well; group exercise based on a given case study, one to one presentation on cloud computing and face-to-face interview

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
