It was a pool drive. Firstly there was aptitude+ LR round. Aptitude was damn easy. Then just after that there was English essay writing test the topics given were legal age for drinking, illeteracy in India, knowledge of english is important to get a good job etc.Then tr then hr

They asked some basic questions from the topics that you have mentioned in your resume. Like what is abstraction polymorphism etc
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
