Short summary is that they do not prioritize the candidate, even when they made the initial contact. Was contacted by internal recruiter, and had good conversation. Had interview with them, and just a few minutes beforehand the managing consultant had to drop the interview without any other information. Went ahead with the interview, and it went fine. However this happened again for the second interview. He had to be replaced by another consultant just few days prior to the interview.
All good, a really well-designed interview process to test out multiple data engineering-related aspects, which are important if it comes to daily operational activities. There are multiple stages (hiring interview, technical interview and final decission).
