Interview
It took half a day and consisted of a case study and 2 interviews (one with HR and one with a business manager). Case study was in group and was to test how you work in group. 3 consultant supervised you and asked questions.

The business manager asked how I'd react in some situations. For example; if a customer comes to you Friday afternoon and is angry with your work, what do you do?

It was tough and they were very picky. I didn't even get round to the interview stage and they just rejected me there and then even though I had all the experience and skills and knowledge.

Te hacen preguntas que no van relacionadas con el puesto al que aplicas, la entrevista se hace tediosa y no te dicen bien el puesto al que entraras. Tantean para que les puedes servir en caso de que el proyecto se acabe (poca confiabilidad)
