Initial communication by phone, scheduling by email.
1st interview on-site with HR, after compiling a pedantic questionnaire; 1H describing career and pedagogical background. Major focus on studies.
2nd interview with the Manager hiring for his team, unorganized, 1+ hour of delay, frequent interruptions along the 1:1; focus on career and experience, no tricks or brain teasers to solve.
