Firstly, thank you for sharing your feedback as it helps us to continue to improve our process and to ensure that everyone has a positive candidate journey. As you stated, due to these challenging times, we are having to conduct our assessment centres virtually and we are pleased to read that you enjoyed the process overall. Regarding your feedback on the interviewer, we apologise for your experience. Many of our team conduct interviews out of hours when the assessment centres are run later in the day, and as with most firms, our interviewers are currently working from home due to the pandemic. However, we appreciate that candidates are giving up their time and we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and experience in full. I have shared your feedback with the team, to ensure that they always allocate sufficient time for an interview and conduct this in an appropriate setting. We also apologise for the fact that you did not receive your feedback - we have since changed our process to ensure that we call, email and text candidates.
