I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2019
Interview
Interview was super detailed - too detailed. Asking me to walk through and explain every step of how I would do something. Interrupted often with bullish questions and told several times I was "wrong". One guy picked on the specific words I used to describe something rather tan the spirit of what I was trying to convert. Would say "you said _____ - why did you say that? what does that mean?" Interviews are done by aggressive, alpha male type guys. Seemed like a boys club at the management level. 2 of the interviewers were very opinionated- not open minded or receptive to alternative approaches or perspectives. Recruiter not helpful at all in explaining process or managing expectations.
Didn't like the culture there - not a place that feels warm or welcoming - seems more like a competitive place. You get an odd feel just sitting in reception....If there is diversity there...it seemed only at a junior level.
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

Question 1
What factors were taken into consideration when analysing the pros and cons of this case study?
Round 1- Assignment
Round 2- Technical
Round 3- Hiring Manager
Round 4- HR
The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
