      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Apr 2013

      Interview

I got invited to the Associate Talent Programme Assessment Centre. Three Steps 1. A small individual Task 2. 5 x 5 min quick fire interview 3. Group Project. Nothing too hard and really helps you to get a feel and idea of the people, the job and the company.

      Interview

Interview process was chaotic and organisation was very very poor. Did not provide a positive impression on firm organisation and value to gives to its employees. Interview process self was fairly straightforward.

      Application

      Interview

Three stages. The first one was a video interview, with competancy based questions and asking what's changed in the financial industry in the past ten years. Second stage was the assessment centre, it had a maths test, and fire round interview. They ask questions like name three people you would invite for dinner, what's the first thing you think about when you wake up, what are some of the challenges faced by banks, how do retail banks make money. The third stage asks similar questions about trends in the financial industry but it's more competency based.

      Interview

Assessment Centre and Final Interviews. The graduate recruitment team at Capco need to be fired. I had my final interviews in December 2020 and despite chasing once a week for the last 4 weeks, there has been nothing but silence. The website says you reply within 48 hours!! What a joke. At least reply to an email to provide an update. If this has happened to many people, they should be giving everyone an offer. However, I am sure that at least 50% will not accept given the way everything has been treated. To reject me after this would be a disgrace. The business interviewer was nice, she seemed to have good values.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and attending the Virtual Assessment Centre in December as well as going through our final round interview. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the lack of communication you feel you have received. We take your feedback on timeframes and communication very seriously and apologise that you have not received any feedback following your final interview. Candidates should hear back within 48 hours after submitting their application, however the feedback timelines of receiving an offer do differ per intake as Capco wants to ensure all applicants have an equal opportunity to finish the interview process per intake. Timelines on these should have been clearly communicated with you at each stage and we apologise if this has not been the case. We have addressed your feedback internally and will ensure additional touchpoints are being put in place to ensure candidates receive an update on the status of their application. If you wish to discuss the matter further please reach out to Amanda.Asher@capco.com.
