I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
They were open at the start that the interview process would be quite long. Initial phone interview, followed by two face to face interviews back to back a week or so later, then a case study. There would then have been a final interview with a managing partner but the case study did not go to plan.

Question 1
Tell me about one of the most difficult teams you have worked with. What made it difficult and how did you handle the situation.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
