      Talent Acquisition Coordinator Interview

      Dec 19, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Toronto, ON) in May 2017

      Interview

Was reached out through Linkedin to network and meet for coffee in regards to an upcoming role in the talent acquisition department. Was brought into the Toronto office and had an informal interview regarding the opportunity and my past experience. Let me know the role was still in the works before taking me on an office tour and ending with word of following up with me in the next week or so. After not hearing back from HR, I had reached out to the recruiter I was speaking with and she let me know she was sick and would get back to me soon. She never got back to me and I had noticed she was no longer a connection of mine on Linkedin. I was disappointed in the recruiter who had initially reached out to me for the lack of follow through on providing closure for Capco’s recruitment process. Because of this, I felt it was a poor candidate experience.

We are very disappointed to read your review. We set very high standards both for our recruitment team, and those involved in recruitment from the business. Ensuring a positive candidate experience is extremely important to us, and we are disappointed to hear that this did not happen for you. We are conducting an internal investigation to understand what happened, and to ensure this does not happen for other candidates.
