The first time, I interviewed 3 or 4 times and declined the role, and took a position in a different field. A few months later, I was invited to re-interview for the same role and went through 4 interviews with the last one being with the client. They are really quick with the turnaround, it is just a lot of interviewing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capco (Orlando, FL) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was professional and well organized. It was an initial screening followed by two interviews focused on my background, experience, and behavioral questions. The interviewers were friendly and explained the role and expectations clearly throughout the process. The overall experience was positive and straightforward.

They asked me about my prior experience and if i had any experience from my past job that required sets of data.

Interview
At first, it was fairly reasonable with the Capcom staff - they were average what you would expect. I received a job offer, twice. The client, however, was a nightmare. I could tell the interviewer was intimidated by me and there was a new inquiry every single day. The final inquiry I permitted was the one that made me just forfeit the complete opportunity. The process went on for nearly a month. You can clearly tell, as a mature, highly experienced, and extremely educated woman that the staff already existing merely wants to maintain superiority over you as a newcomer. This is a petpeeve of mine.
Frankly, it was all subtly disrespectful. This may work well for someone who is completely new to the field, such as a new graduate. This will not work well for the experienced...my advice. Good luck!

Question 1
Honestly, mediocre questions that annoy and don't touch on actual capabilities. "Tell me about yourself"
