Describe how technology consulting is changing nowadays/what do you think some new trends are?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capco (Houston, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process consists of three distinct rounds. The first round was a managerial interview, where I was assessed on my ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills. This round focused on understanding my approach to handling challenges, cross-functional team collaboration, and managing client expectations.
The second round was a technical interview that delved into my problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. I was asked to solve real-world problems, showcase my proficiency with specific tools and technologies relevant to the role, and demonstrate my coding abilities in a timed environment. This round tested both my theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills.
The final round was a behavioral interview, designed to assess my soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Here, I was evaluated on how well I align with the company’s values and culture, as well as my ability to handle workplace scenarios like conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions and further demonstrate my interest in the role and the company.
