I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CapTech
Interview
The first interview was conversational . I was able to learn more about the company. We also went into my experience and what I can contribute to the company.

I applied through university. I interviewed at CapTech (Charlottesville, VA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very informal. The people were fun and engaging. I had the interview at Uva in my third year. The questions were personality based and fun. A few questions were challenging, but for the most part, it was a friendly conversation.

Question 1
If your worst enemy and best friend were in the room, what would they say about you?
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CapTech in Oct 2016
Interview
The entire Interview process consisted of three 30 minute behavioral interviews and one 30 minute technical interview. The first interview took place on campus, and we discussed my past experiences. The atmosphere is very laid back, and the interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to. After the interview you will hear something within a week/week in half. If you get a second interview, that will take place at their headquarters in Richmond, VA (that's only the case if you live in VA. I can't speak for what they do for people outside of Virginia.)
