The interview was insane. The first interview they didn't let us talk at all and they told us there was 100 of us in the zoom call. They just "explained" the positions without really explaining the positions, it was rapidfire business speak with no substance, and then have us take a survey. The next day I had the second interview and they told me I was the top 20 out of 2000 applicants. They didn't let me ask any questions this time either but basically revealed that this was door-to-door sales based on commission, and it was completely commission. they told me what I would be selling door-to-door was the affordable connectivity program from AT&T . Basically you're going into the hood to sell people welfare. It has nothing to do with marketing. Then they had me take another survey and I asked some pointed questions and I never heard from them again no rejection email nothing. I think they tell everyone that they are the top 20 out of 2000. Absolutely deceptive hiring practices.
