Interview
started with a phone conversation and then an in person interview... requested a minimum of 3 recommendations and 3 referrals. Discussed past work history and plan for the territory. Coming from a larger firm the interview process was simple and short.
I believe upper management understood what i was trying to accomplish and gave me the ability to grow my own business
