Interview
Completely unprofessional experience. They outsource their hiring to ihradvisoryservices.ca, an Ottawa company. I had a preliminary phone call scheduled with someone from the hiring firm, who didn't call me at the scheduled time and later denied forgetting about the phone call and attempted to blame me. I also got no help or concern whatsoever when I called the firm's owner/director to see what happened with their employee after waiting for a couple hours for my phone call. Phone call was rescheduled and I chatted with the rep about my experience, but ultimately the hiring firm and CHBA ghosted me.

Interview
I had two panel interviews with 2 months in between that asked me the same questions by the same 3 people... I'm glad I didn't get a positive offer and waited for the right opportunity at a different company.
