Interview
Employer was very respectful and was providing insightful information regarding the skills and characteristics the need for the postal clerk position. They are trying to find people who can bring what they are looking for to the table.
Interview was online, conducted by an Adecco staff. Interview began with introduction of the job responsibilities. Then, proceeded to ask about relevant work experience. Then, various situational questions were asked. Everything lasted just about less than 30mins.

Video call, one on one, three questions, paragraph reading and two relevant questions, fifteen minutes, waiting for response, it was casual and easy interview process, had a reference from my uncle
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canada Post (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2023
Interview
They gave about four different scenarios and asked how i would act. That was it, no other questions, it lasted about ten minutes. Overall, not too bad for an online interview.
