I have been working at Canada Post part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, worker's rights, paid training, supportive management and supervisors,

    Cons

Have to work as an casual (on-call) employee for several years before you can be a permanent employee with benefits and fixed hours. You won't know until the same morning if you are working that day. Days worked are too few and far apart when operations not busy. New hires are at the bottom of seniority and get called the last.
