video screen with HR
then panel with two other PMs
then CTO
first interview was a standard HR normie questions
next interview was with two other PM one had their camera on and off at home and the other was asking 2 part loaded questions that weren't necessarily difficult to answer just seemed chatgpt-contrived.
They went over the role and what they needed and they told me what I added was what they were lacking. so the next steps were with the CTO and engineers.
Monday rolls along and HR says she still hasn't heard from the team and will update me by Wednesday.
It is Thursday, no update.
So I email and HR sends a very unprofessional copy and paste rejection.
When I ask for feedback as to why this decision was made they informed me it had nothing to do with my skills or qualifications and they just went with other applicants... so what does it have to do with? No feedback on what you can improve or why they made the decision, they just said "we're busy" in essence.
I am getting fed up with these corporations and their lack of transparency with the candidates that take hours to study their mission, only to find out they never held an ounce of integrity in the beginning.
Perhaps I dodged a bullet.
