The interview had two stages. In the first stage, I was asked about my background, what motivated me to apply or the job, and how I could be successful in recruitment. I was invited to a second interview a few days later. The second interview took the form of role-plays. I had to deal with objections from clients and candidates in a pretend phone conversation with the interviewer. I also had to write a job advert.
