Very casual 3 interviews. More like informal conversations with very little behavioral questions. The recruiter was fantastic - did what she said she would, reliable, and transparent. The whole process was condensed which I appreciated.

One recruiter call for 10mins and one tech round for 90mins with coderpad sql coding skills, tech questions on DS. Nothing more than you would expect. It was a quick schedule within a week both calls were done.

Recruiter reach out, multiple interviews (across teams), assessment; these were very structured. The hiring team was great. They asked good questions, were very communicative about the hiring process and the status of the interviews. Assessment was not a "make or break" situation, but more of a "show us what you know" situation.
