I was contacted by phone 1 week after applying and was asked a few general questions about my experience relative to the position. The next day I received an email inviting me to an interview, which took place 1 week later. I had one interviewer who would become my supervisor in the position. She was very polite and the interview felt less formal because it flowed more like a conversation. She then gave me a tour of relevant areas of the agency. I was offered the job 2 weeks later by phone.
