Caktus interview questions

It was telephonic. There was one Human Resource and one Project Manager interviwing me. HR person asked me basic details and if I had reviewed their salary chart on their site as there was no room for discussion than their fixed salary. Project Manager asked me how I had been able to get into project management after all the varied roles that I had performed in IT industry. I did mention that i worked in QA, BA, DA and had done my project management certificate course and had requested management team to give me a chance and they were happy with my performance.

Resume submission required a detailed cover letter mapping skill set to job description. 1st interview over the phone (30 minutes). 1+ month later, 2nd interview in person. Team style interview. I arrived in the conference room and there were 6 or 7 people waiting to ask questions. Shotgun style Q&A for 1 hour. Very thorough questions from every which direction. 3rd interview was 1 month later with 3 people. It was very difficult to get a read on if the team liked me or not. Offer came 1 month later.
