They use headhunting or outsourcing for the first interview (thrid party company), and if you pass the first filter them you have a direct interview with a manager o supervisor and a final one with de Director, the interview questions are really easy and friendly.

Interview
They do a decent job of interviewing and covering competencies without asking very detailed questions. I was referred by a friend who was already working there and I got a phone screen. You could say they are not very picky because it's afterall the recruiting industry
But as for the founders I found them somewhat decent and I got paid on time, which was my concern with small outfits at the time.
