Overall a great experience. My two interviewers made the whole process comfortable, engaging, and made my time feel valued. I got a very good feel for what the work place culture was like and how the day to day operations would go.
The interview process was smooth and well organized. Each step was clearly communicated. I appreciated the mix of behavioral and scenario-based questions, which gave me the opportunity to highlight my customer service experience.

One thing they asked me was about my availability to start if I were selected. I let them know I was available to start immediately, and they seemed to appreciate the quick turnaround.
