You get interviewed by two District Managers, one at a time. Two weeks apart.
The first interviewer goes over your resume with you and discuss your positions and responsibilities on the previous jobs.
It's a pretty relaxing atmosphere. Just be yourself, genuine , truthful.

I applied online and completed their extensive process that took close to an hour. The District Leader called to set up an interview with her at a local office. Morning of the interview, the DM calls to reschedule with a Store Manager in a different location. The interview was easy. The Store Manager was very awkward and was giggling while trying to read off the questions. I was informed that I would be notified in a few days with next steps. A week goes by....nothing. I call the DM and leave a message early the following week. I hear back nothing......I call again a week later to be told they went in a different direction. Thank for saving me from this company!
