Awful! The technical interview was brutal. They didn't take into consideration my 20+ years of experience and that I wouldn't have stayed at a fortune 500 company for nearly 24 years if I didn't know what I was doing. The interview was through MS Teams but they didn't have their cameras on and let me continue with mine in. Most uncomfortable interview ever. They were rude with the little feedback they gave and I'm glad I found another company that appreciates my experience.
