Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

I was recommended and initial interview was set up by current employee. Interviewed with General Store Manager. Informal interview in manager's office. not too many questions. Interview went well and manager offered my a job and asked when I would like to start. He then went and introduced me to other employees.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Interview
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
