I filled out an application online and was called in a few days later for the interview. I passed the personality assessment test and the background check as well. The interview was very easy
It was an easy process, there were several questions about my experience. I was given a tour of the store and met the manager and the pharmacist. Went over benefits and hours expected to work.
Normal interview, behavioral questions. Very nice and calm, was asked about background experience. I would prepare ahead of time, went by very quick but was asked lots of questions. Also ask your own questions to show interest and preparation.
