Hiring process is pretty structured. A system is set up so that we basically follow directions. Interviews that I do are pretty short and to the point. Everything is communicated via email. This is very different from when I was interviewed 5 years ago.

Very bad process, inteviewed by the DM who told me when I walked in "I dont meet people for the first interview" and it was all downhill from there. Basically all that was discussed was if I knew how to break down a shipment because the store manager does 75-80% of every truck. Literally nothing else.

Interview
Face to face standard interview in an office with acting manager. Went over all expectations of job as well as future expectations. Interviewer seemed confused as I was clearly interviewing for his job. Not much help.
Smooth and Efficient. From interview to new hire onboarding within 24 hours, I was originally told it could be up to two weeks but I was amazed at how quick everything went
