Immunization certification is required. You will get information about benefits. The supervisors are professional. They will get back with you in a timely manner.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you had a difficult customer service situation. How did you handle it? What was the outcome? How would you have changed it looking back now?
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

Interview
The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
