Interview
I applied online and got an email 5 days later. The pharmacy supervisor directly emailed me to ask for time to interview. I interviewed 4 days after I got an email. There were 2 supervisors which I didn't expected, and the environment was not very welcoming. I was soooo nervous, and the interview was pretty short, about 15 minute. She said I should expect to hear from them in 2 weeks, but I don't think I got an offer. :(
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

Interview
The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
