Interview
Very structured and fast. Heard next day after online app. 30 min phone interview with recruiter (all informational, pay is told up front), second phone interview with two district managers (behavior questions were nerve racking but they were very nice), offered shadow day, received off that same night! Happy with how smooth everything has gone.

Tell me a time you had to work with someone who practice differently than you- what did you do, etc.
Pleasant, very up front and informative. Solo provider expectations for most locations in addition to possible float detail. They provide training opportunities. Primary and secondary interviews are conducted for suitable candidates.
