The hiring process was fairly easy although initially it took them about 6 months for them to get back to me when I sent in my application. But other than that the actual interview was pretty easy.

If there was a conflict with a customer, how would you resolve it?
I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
