CU Direct interview questions

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, all remote with 4 different people. Each were able to give me their take on the role and how I would interact with them in regards

Contacted by internal recruiter as top candidate. Set up interview which was standard and told they would be very transparent.... but didn’t hear from them for 5 weeks after that to even acknowledge my thank you note or follow up email a week later.
