Interview
Applied online. The process started with a 15 minute interview with one of the team leads.
Was moved on to a group interview scheduled three weeks later. The interview consisted of a one hour presentation of the company and role. We then moved onto behavioral questions. After those questions, we moved online a group project with the interviewers off camera. The process wasn't bad, but I wouldn't suggest applying unless you're an h1b or within the h1b or OPT ecosystem. Group interviews are used to assess how people work within a team. I was not passed on to the next step. The other candidates seemed like lovely people, but if you were to take an objective look at the exercise, none of the other candidates even attempted to promote collaboration (likely due to the awkwardness of group interviews). In my opinion, the interview serves solely as an audition (who the interviewers personally like for reasons not associated with skill), rather than an assessment of soft skills. If you are OPT, great oppurtunity for you. If not, I wouldn't waste your time.

Interview
Got a group interview after a career fair event discussion. Overall, the interview was great, sharing details about job responsibilities, potential growth path, and how it is to work for the company. Some of the questions asked were:
1. Tell me a little about yourself.
2. How did you decide to get into Data Analytics?
3. Where do you see yourself in the future? What is your ideal work-life balance?
Finally, an exercise was given, where the interviewers were off-camera, muted, but listening to the conversation you were having with the other candidates.
My impression of the company was positive, and would have loved to work there based on the welcoming interview atmosphere.

Interview
I received a call to come in for an interview. Met with the sales manager as went over the position and my resume and core pillars that the hiring is asking for and the starting salary which was non-negotiable. Met with the sales director went over a recap from the sales manger, expectation, potential numbers and resume. Most important thing is giving 110% and securing quality appointments.
