The interview was casual and easygoing and the interviewers were friendly and nice. If you prepared well the interview would go well. CSLI seemed a good place to work.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CSLI (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was more of a casual chat. We talked about teaching and ESL and then the manager suggested I come in the following day to observe a class in the morning and sub one in the afternoon. The manager seemed to work on instinct and personality. If you have the right attitude for the work and some teaching experience they are very open. I imagine the interview is more strict when seeking a full time position.
