Interview
Csc HR called and described about the position and the work level.
scheduled a telephonic interview with her with a provided date and time
interview cleared and followed by a confirmation call for next round of interview.
next was another interview for technical round with TL and Manager...it went through good and was told to wait for the confirmation.
confirmation taken from the HR and informed to meet with the senior manager for an one o one session with him ..it was a amazing experience and was informed to wait for feedback.
a week later got confirmation from the hr about shorlisting and was told to send the documents for further
waited for a week and last round of interview with hr and offer was quoted.
agreed on terms and condition with a bonded agreementfor 2 years.
date of joining and soft copy of offer letter was been sent on email id.
it took 2 months to follow up and get a offer letter...but the company is really amazing to work with.
Two stage phone interview process. First was a screening just to see who I was and what my goals were for the company. The second call was to follow up on my interest and then to test my capabilities and skills as a software developer
