CS SOFT (Czech Republic) interview questions

I had an interview that went well, and three days later, they contacted me saying I was accepted and that they would send further details. However, I waited 11 days without any updates, and a week before the starting date, they informed me that they had decided not to proceed with my employment. During these 11 days, I turned down another offer from a company that wanted to hire me because I had committed to this one. Simply put, this is just not what you do.
