Interview was very conversational based. After the introductions, you start by describing yourself and then have a Q&A. Make sure you prepare questions regarding job role, expectations, how people overcome challenges. The directors have been there for a while- so use the time wisely to learn.

Screened by HR over the phone, then interviewed with HR Manager in person, then hiring manager and lastly the Director (as of veto vote).
All interviews were very straight forward and asked typical questions.

Interview
Phone interview first with a recruiter, then an in-person interview at the office in Itasca. Incredibly kind people everywhere in the office. Everyone seemed diligent about their work but happy. After an interview with the VP of sales, an hour of shadowing with a current employee.
