The office was sold to me as a fun place to work among other things; they really know how to market themselves; however, Kyle is also the HR representative of this small company and should not be. The mother-son dynamic is very weird and there's favoritism as a result. During my time of employment there were unresolved HR (Hostile Work Environment) issues that were addressed with both of them multiple times and remained unresolved until they were taken to their partner company HR.
