It was formal and quick. Questions were direct and it was a friendly environment. The application can be slightly long and time consuming. There is a final exam that you will need to take after completion of your training period.

non organized and irrelevant concentrating to be on board ASAP,regardless any mobilization process or any notice period can be taken,no single technical question, no discussion about your offer they are asking about your previous package and expectation and after that usually proposed same previous package in very stuiped manner
