I had a great experience interviewing with CGI. I was recruited and had 2 interviews. The first interview was a typical 30 minutes get to know you interview with someone in a related job, and the second interview was an hour long. 30 minutes with a director and 30 minutes with someone on the team/ project you would potentially be placed on. I felt like the interviewers were actually interested in getting to know me and it really felt like a conversation instead of a test.
