Interview
I was called through e-litmus. The process took 1 day.Actually it was only women drive.There were total 5 rounds. First round was apptitude test, which contains quant, english and reasoning sections.It is not hard to crack the apptitude. The 2 nd round was GD. You can also crack GD easily , they just check your grammar, sentecne making and and whether you can speak on a topic or not.After it, I was selected for TR 1 and it was quite easy.Interviewer asked only about project . I was selected for the 2nd round and the 2nd interviewer asked about the project itself and whether I know C# , because I had not brushed up C# and even I didn't put it in my resume , I denied.Again she asked some sql query.Well I was not comfortable in it but still I tried and I did it.After it, I was selected for HR round and I just wanted to work on developer profile ,HR asked me wheteher I am comfortable in testing and I denied the offer.That is all about the interview. 1st aptitude round taken by elitmus wich had 4 parts including logical aptitude verbal and observation test.
2nd is the group discussion which included simple common topic i got smartphone boon or bane and we had to speak on it..
3rd comes technical round few questions on c and java were asked they were simple basic questions.
4th and last round is hr round they asked about amily yous ambition and general hr questions..

I went through elitmus,it was all women drive on 6th August 2016. First round was aptitude test- English,logical and few questions from aptitude. 25 questions time-30 minutes. Usually the cut off is 11 to 14
Second round- Group discussion. More like they give you a topic and then after two minutes you have to speak for around 30 to 45 seconds in fluent and no error English.
Third round- Technical round 1 they will ask you questions about your project or programming language which u mentioned in your resume.
Fourth round- technical round 2- they will ask you to debug program in c,c++ mostly. They can ask you simple programs to write all basic questions.
Fourth Round- HR they will ask you tell about yourself and company and your preferences and willingness to work in the company.
